HOGAN SIGNS 66 BILLS

Governor Larry Hogan signed 66 bills into law yesterday, hours after the conclusion of the 2021 General Assembly session. The bill signing ceremony included legislation on telehealth, broadband access, and reforms to the Maryland Environmental Service. Several more bill signing ceremonies will take place in the coming weeks. Before the end of the session, Hogan vetoed several bills, including a package of police reforms; those vetoes were overridden by lawmakers.
