Cumberland resident Rachel Nicole Dolly was arrested following a reported breaking and entering in the 900-block of Fayette Street yesterday. A witness told police they heard glass breaking and someone in the residence. The property owner noted that no one should have been there. Ms. Dolly was found inside the residence. She was arrested and charged with fourth-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property.
