JUSTICE BLAMES HOUSE FOR FAILED TAX PLAN

The huge 100-vote loss on his state income tax reduction plan remains a sore spot with Governor Jim Justice.  The governor continues to blame the House of Delegates for voting down the plan, and he insists he will take his plan directly to the people of West Virginia.  Justice said yesterday that the scare tactics that were used took money from working West Virginians, and he plans to educate the voters that his plan is the right way moving forward.
