Sixteen-year-old Khenyin Nines is being charged as an adult, following an investigation in the 400-block of Columbia Street late last week. Initially, he was found with a loaded handgun, and a subsequent search and seizure warrant found another loaded gun, ammunition, and a substantial amount of crack cocaine, packaging materials and a large sum of money. The teen was arrested, charged, and received an initial appearance in Allegany County District Court. Nines was ordered held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
