Cumberland resident Donald Robert West was served a criminal summons in connection with an incident that happened earlier in the month. Police executed a search and seizure warrant in the 200-block of Pennsylvania Avenue, during which a quantity of suspected cocaine and paraphernalia were recovered from the residence. He was served the summons and released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
