Maryland Congressional leaders are reacting to the conviction of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd. U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen says the jury reached a just verdict, but urgent action is needed to defeat systemic racism and the Senate must pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.
