COLLEGES TO REQUIRE PROOF OF FULL COVID VACCINATIONS

Several colleges in Maryland plan to require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for anyone to be on campus.  The schools in the University System of Maryland, including Frostburg State University, along with Morgan State and Johns Hopkins University plan to require vaccination proof this fall for students, faculty and staff to be allowed on college campus.  On Friday, USM Chancellor Jay Perman said the decision comes because the risk of any negative side effects from the vaccine is far lower than the risk of getting COVID-19.
