Frostburg City Police are investigating a series of vandalism incidents at Eastern Express in Frostburg. Police Chief Nick Costello says it is too early to say whether the damage was done intentionally, or what the motivation for three separate incidents might be. No incidents have been reported at Frostburg’s two Japanese restaurants.
