A Dennett Road traffic stop in Garrett County has led to an Oakland man being jailed on felony drug distribution and related charges. Forty-nine-year-old William James Zimmerman has been charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and heroin, in addition to possession of drug paraphernalia. The meth and heroin had a street value of $1200. Also recovered were weight scales and $900 in cash. Zimmerman remains jailed without bond.
