STATE BOARD SAYS STUDENTS SHOULD RETURN FULL-TIME THIS FALL

Maryland school board members say the state’s public school students should be back in the classroom full-time this fall.  The board OK’d a non-binding resolution that calls for 180-days of in-person instruction.  Governor Larry Hogan is in favor of the move and says the science supports getting children back in school for in-person learning.  Hogan added that the vote is an important step toward getting things back to normal.
