Seventy-four-year-old Cecil Porter was charged with trespassing, following an incident Tuesday afternoon at a business in the 100-block of Baltimore Street. Porter had previously been banned from the property. He was charged on a criminal citation, and later released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
