MAN FACES 20 YEARS IN PRISON, HEAVY FINE IN DRUG CASE

Moorefield resident Mathew Curtis Delawder has pleaded guilty to a count of distribution of methamphetamine, and now faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to a million dollars. He has admitted to selling the drug in Hardy County in October of last year. He also agreed to forfeit three firearms, ammunition and nearly $5,000 in cash, believed to be proceeds from the crime.
