Someone is three million dollars richer, due to a winning scratch-off ticket they purchased in Somerset County. Lottery officials say the $30 ticket was part of the three-million-dollar “Monday Millionaire” game and was sold at the Sunoco on East Main Street. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket. So far, nobody has come forward with the winning ticket.
