State Police say Tico Franklin was arrested in Maryland Friday, nearly a week after he was accused of shooting 62-year-old Brian Hunter at a home in Snake Spring Township. Following the shooting, Franklin stole a vehicle and fled to Baltimore; the stolen vehicle was recovered along Interstate 70 in Maryland. The Pennsylvania State Police, Maryland State Police, and the United States Marshal’s Service Fugitive Task Force were all involved in Franklin’s arrest.
