Police have arrested two suspects, who have yet to be identified, with 30 bricks of suspected heroin recovered late last week in Somerset County. Police received a tip that heroin was being transported through that area; the suspect vehicle was spotted, but fled at a high rate of speed. One of the suspects admitted to discarding the heroin along a side road along Route 711. The drugs were recovered by a police K-9 unit.
