CASINOS HAVE THIRD BEST MONTH EVER

Business is booming at Maryland’s casinos.  The Maryland Lottery and Gaming agency says more than 162-million dollars was generated at the state’s casinos in April.  That’s the third-best month in history and a more than eleven-percent increase over April of 2019.  All six casinos were closed a year ago due to the pandemic.  Revenue was up at five of the six casinos last month, with the Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore the only one reporting a slight decline.
