A tractor-trailer carrying scrap metal overturned on Route 51 east of Cumberland yesterday morning. The accident happened near Rutty Road, between the Millstone Country Store and Oldtown. The road was closed for several hours. The driver was uninjured, and the truck was owned by Grantsville Truck and Trailer.
