Thirty-three-year-old Raymond Eugene Wells was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, following a Saturday incident on Lavender Way. A woman alleged that Wells grabbed her by the face during an argument, and officers observed an injury, consistent with finger marks on the woman. He was arrested, charged, and received a District Court hearing. In this case, Wells was released on personal recognizance pending trial.
