A hearing has been set for next Wednesday, for Tico Octavius Franklin, who is accused of shooting and killing Brian Hunter during a domestic dispute in Bedford County. Hunter was the father of Franklin’s partner. After the shooting, Franklin fled the scene and was later arrested in Maryland. Franklin faces homicide, assault, and robbery charges.
