Twenty-eight-year-old Cumberland resident Dillon Nicholson is being held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $5,000 bond, following an incident Saturday evening in the area of Williams Street. Police were called to investigate a person who was creating a traffic hazard on a bicycle. Police found a suspected capsule of CDS on him; a search revealed three more capsules. He had been attempting to sell them. He was arrested, charged, and received a hearing in Allegany County District Court.
