Cumberland resident Laura Green was charged with trespassing and theft, following an incident Saturday morning at a business in the 400-block of Virginia Avenue. She was on the property, when she had received a “no trespassing” letter from the business. It was also learned she had allegedly stolen an item from the business. She received criminal citations and was released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
