A cooperative effort among the West Virginia and Maryland State Police, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office has led to the arrest of 18-year-old Brent Nikota Bittner on child pornography and related charges. An investigation began in February of this year after allegations were made that Bittner had been engaging in sexually explicit conversations with a nine-year-old. A search warrant, executed yesterday morning, yielded several electronic devices with multiple child pornography files. Additional charges are pending.
