State lawmakers are announcing a two-point-two-billion-dollar school construction plan. Funding measures would also increase the schools operating budget to four-billion-dollars by 2030 to improve Maryland Public Schools. Governor Larry Hogan publicly opposes the plan calling it a “tax hike.”
