A walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be held today at the Oldtown Volunteer Fire Company from 9 a.m. to noon. The Oldtown clinic will administer the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine as well as the second doses of the Moderna vaccine. As of Sunday, there were 15 COVID cases reported in the county, with zero additional deaths. The county positivity rate is 3.02 per cent, with the state reporting a 2.04 per cent rate. Additional clinics are scheduled for the Flintsone Volunteer Fire Company on Thursday; clinics are set for the Lonaconing Good Will Fire Company on Tuesday and at the Mount Savage Fire Company on Thursday of next week.
