The Maryland Heritage Areas Authority will hold a virtual public hearing to discuss the request to enlarge the boundary of the Mountain Maryland Gateway to the West Heritage Area. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 9th at 3 p.m., and will include the request to enlarge the boundary of the Mountain Maryland Gateway to the West Heritage Area to include McHenry Community Park on Bumble Bee Road in Garrett County. The hearing will be held virtually. Written testimony will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, June 18th.
