A traffic stop, involving Cumberland resident Garrett Pullium, resulted in drug charges being filed against him. A probable cause search of his vehicle yielded controlled dangerous substances, and other evidence related to the distribution of CDS. He was charged, and received an initial appearance in Allegany County District Court. He was released on his own recognizance, pending trial.
