FORMER PENN STATE PRESIDENT MUST REPORT TO PRISON

The former Penn State University president convicted in connection with the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal must report to prison later this summer.  A judge said Graham Spanier will begin his time behind bars on July 9th.  He’ll spend two months in prison for not reporting an abuse allegation against the former football coach.  Spanier will also have to perform 200 hours of community service and be under house arrest for two months.  Sandusky is serving between 30 and 60 years in prison after being found guilty of nearly four dozen child sex abuse charges.
