Twenty-year-old Frostburg resident Alex Anthony Chermesino has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident on May 2nd. Chermesino is accused of backing his vehicle into a building on Willowbrook Road, and leaving the scene without reporting the incident to police. He was released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
