Thirty-five-year old Cumberland resident Jesse Hausrath has been charged with second-degree assault, following a domestic incident in the 400-block of Ascension Street early Tuesday evening. An argument between Hausrath and the victim escalated into a physical altercation. He was charged, received an initial appearance and ordered held without bond.
