MAN SERVED WARRANT FOR VIOLATION OF PEACE ORDER

A criminal summons was served on Cumberland resident Leonard Lewis Livengood, in connection to an incident that happened Thursday in the 200-block of Charles Street. Livengood faces two counts of violation of a peace order, as he was accused of banging on the windows of a residence there, trying to make contact with the victim. The victim had previously been granted a peace order against Livengood. The summons was served on Saturday; he signed the copies of the summons and will be awaiting trial in Allegany County District Court.
