Thirty-three-year-old Wayne Douglas Baugher of Mount Savage, was ordered held without bond, following a traffic accident at the intersection of West Industrial Boulevard and Lamont Street. Baugher’s car hit a road barrier. He had a juvenile in the vehicle with him. Officers detected signs of impairment; as officers tried to arrest him, he resisted and tried to flee. He was charged with resisting arrest, driving while impaired by alcohol, transporting a minor while driving under the influence, and numerous traffic-related charges.
