MARYLAND HITS VACCINATION GOAL

Maryland is reaching a new milestone in its coronavirus vaccination efforts.  Governor Larry Hogan confirmed the state has achieved its goal of giving 70-percent of adults at least one dose of the vaccine by Memorial Day, yesterday.  Hogan says the state’s work is not done yet, with mobile clinics planned this summer to reach the unvaccinated.  More than two-point-nine-million people have been fully vaccinated in Maryland, which is about 48-percent of the state’s population.
