Cumberland resident Robert Kyle Miller has been charged with possession of heroin and possession of CDS paraphernalia administering equipment, following a traffic stop in the rea of Queen Street and Virginia Avenue. A K-9 scan alerted officers to the presence of CDS. Miller, who was a passenger in the car, was found to be in possession of a quantity of heroin and uncapped hypodermic syringes. He received a hearing in District Court and was released on an unsecured bond of $2500, pending trial.
