SERIAL KILLER CONFESSES TO KILLING SIX IN PA. IN THE 1970’S

A convicted serial killer, serving a life sentence in a Florida prison, has confessed to killing six people in Pennsylvania, closing out the unsolved cases. Edward Surratt has confessed to killing Joel Krueger in Bedford County in 1977 and five others between 1977 and 1978. District Attorneys in each county agreed not to prosecute Surratt for the homicide cases, since he is already serving life sentences in prison.
