Cumberland resident Michael Gage Butler was served with a criminal summons, stemming from an incident when city police officers located four clear capsules containing a white powder. Testing from the Crime Lab showed the powder was a mixture of fentanyl and heroin. He was served, and released, pending his appearance in Allegany County District Court.
