MARYLAND CORONAVIRUS METRICS CONTINUE TO IMPROVE

Maryland’s coronavirus metrics continue to improve.  Governor Larry Hogan says the state’s seven-day positivity rate is 1.37 percent, which is the lowest it’s been since the start of the pandemic. The state has also hit an eight-month low for hospitalizations at 318.  There have been three additional deaths related to the virus.  More than 6.2 million doses of coronavirus vaccine have been administered with nearly three-million residents fully vaccinated.
