Maryland casinos set a monthly revenue record in May. The Maryland Lottery announced the state’s six casinos generated more than 172-million-dollars in May. The single-month record before last month was 169-million-dollars. Experts believe the end of the coronavirus pandemic and restrictions being lifted are a major result of the increase in casino traffic.
