OVER 50 PER CENT FULLY VACCINATED IN MARYLAND

The state of Maryland is announcing that half of its residents are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  Maryland reported 78 new coronavirus cases today, which is the third time in the past week that daily cases have been under 100.  Officials have not reported more than 150-new cases in a single day since June began.  The statewide seven-day average positivity rate has dropped to almost under one-percent.
