GETTYSBURG MAN ARRESTED ON BENCH WARRANTS

Twenty-two-year-old Gettysburg, Pennsylvania resident Nathan James Tracey was served two bench warrants by Cumberland City Police. The warrants were issued by Allegany and Frederick County District Courts for failure to appear for trial on CDS charges, first and second-degree assault, burglary, disorderly conduct, and reckless endangerment charges. He received a District Court hearing and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, and held on a $5,000 bond.
