Maryland is reporting more than three-million of its residents are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The state also says the positivity rate went down to just above point-eight-percent. Hospitalizations are up by seven cases with 54 people in the ICU. Over 72-percent of all adults in Maryland have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
