Cumberland resident Michelle Lynne Morris was served a District Court bench warrant for failure to appear on June 1st on several charges. They include making a false statement to a peace officer, identity fraud to avoid prosecution, obstructing and hindering, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct. She received a District Court hearing, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $2500 bond.
