Forty-one-year-old Cumberland resident Andrew Jacob Getz was charged with destruction of property, following an incident late last week at the parking garage on Frederick Street. He was seen breaking a wooden parking gate off of the parking booth. He then run in the area of Center Street, with the broken piece of the gate. Police were unable to locate him at the time of the incident. Charges were filed through District Court. He was served with the criminal summons and released, pending trial.
