Baltimore is ranked the tenth worst city to drive in. That’s according to a recent study by Quote Wizard. The results are based on two million car insurance quotes from drivers in the 70 largest cities in the U.S. Several factors were considered, including the total number of accidents, speeding tickets, DUIs and other citations. Baltimore reported the second highest number of accidents in the nation. The city came in 15th for speeding, ninth for other citations and 42nd for DUIs.
