There have been only five new COVID-19 cases in nearly a week, and no deaths. The Allegany County Health Department will hold a walk-in vaccine clinic on the ground floor of its Willowbrook Road Complex tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Both the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be offered to anyone, age 18 or older. To date, a little more than a third of the county population has been vaccinated. The state’s positivity rate is now at .66 per cent; the county rate is more than twice that, at 1.51 per cent.
