The International Olympic Committee will allow a limited number of fans to attend the upcoming games in Tokyo, most venues limited to 50% capacity, fans must wear masks and must go home after their sporting event concludes. The IOC also says fans must remain quiet during the games because cheering might spread the coronavirus.
