THREE ARRESTED IN GARRETT COUNTY

Three people were arrested Tuesday morning during a traffic stop on Paul Friend Road. Controlled dangerous substances were found, including heroin, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Oakland resident Taylor Renea Perry was charged with the drug violations, while Friendsville resident Ralph Thomas Lloyd was charged with driving on a suspended license and on a revoked license. Finally, 31-year-old Friendsville resident Jehu Michael Fultz, Jr., was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant from Preston County for what were called “serious traffic offenses.” Ms. Perry was held on a $1,000 bond, while Lloyd was released on his own recognizance. Fultz was held on a fugitive warrant. All three received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner.
