Nearly 46-percent of West Virginians have received at least one COVID-19 vaccine thus far. That percentage has remained rather flat over the past several weeks. The total number of fully vaccinated residents is also holding steady around 55-percent. Health officials are warning that the delta variant is putting those with a partial vaccine or no vaccine at the most risk.
