The presidents of Allegany College of Maryland, Garrett College and Frostburg State University have signed an agreement, which will strengthen efforts to create a seamless transition for those who earn their associate’s degrees at ACM and Garrett, to transfer to Frostburg State to complete bachelor’s degrees. The agreement also helps FSU students who previously attended, but did not graduate from ACM or GC, to allow for the completion of an associate’s degree. In addition, curriculum changes at Frostburg will be more efficiently and effectively shared with ACM and Garrett College.
