Thirty-seven-year-old Christopher Blake Medlock, with addresses in both Alabama and Frostburg was arrested, after he reportedly stole a U.S. flag displayed along Main Street in Frostburg. He allegedly removed one of the flags near the library and was walking in the area of Main Street and Broadway when officers took him into custody around 4:30 p.m. He was charged with theft under $100 and disorderly conduct, before being released pending trial in District Court.
