Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Raheem Olajuan Weedon yesterday. It was issued by District Court after Weedon allegedly assaulted an employee of a Greene Street business by grabbing the employees’ arm. He signed a criminal summons and was released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
